Browsing and videos
You do not need an account to browse ApexCast. Images and styles are served by this website. Optional YouTube players connect to YouTube only after you click to load a video. Once loaded, YouTube receives request information and its own privacy policies apply. We use its privacy-enhanced player; this does not make playback anonymous. You can use the original-post links instead.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed and how people use the site. Google receives information such as page URLs, browser and device details, referral information and interactions, and may set analytics cookies to recognize visits. Our site tag disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals. We do not send alerts-signup email addresses as analytics event data. You can limit cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google’s data practices are explained at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Alerts interest list
If you sign up, we store your email address, signup date, consent wording and consent version on our server outside the public website files. The list records interest in future ApexCast alerts; the topics and schedule are still being planned, and no alert campaign is currently running. Email ownership has not yet been verified. Before activating recurring alerts, we will confirm the subscription and provide an unsubscribe mechanism. You can request removal at any time by emailing mira@corbinapp.com. We do not sell this list. Short-lived request limits help protect the form against abuse.
Hosting and links
Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site. Social links open third-party platforms, whose privacy policies apply when you visit them.
When you contact us
Email links open your email application. If you send a message, we receive what you choose to share, including your email address, and use it to respond or review your story idea or correction. Please do not send passwords or confidential personal information in a story tip.
